Usage: Connect the charged battery to the cable in the pocket of the jacket. Press the button on the outside of the jacket. At the first press of the button the jacket will warm to 25C. The temperature is adjusted by repeatedly pressing the button

Maintenance: Before washing, disconnect the external battery from the cable. The external battery does not wash. Insert the cable into the pocket of the jacket. Manual or machine wash at 30C, easy cycle, without centrifugation. Drying / drying on a flat surface. It is not chemically cleaned, no bleaches are used

Delivery Time

Please allow 3-6 days for parcels to be delivered within the UK mainland. Some of the orders involve shipping the products directly from our state of art European Design & Manufacturing Centres. We aim to process most of the orders in a 5 day range.

For Offshore Orders - Isle of Man - the delivery range is 5 to 8 days.

Orders placed during the sales periods or bank holidays can be processed with delay.
